The Invitation
The Artizen Fund has a mission to fund and support breakthroughs in Human Creativity and so do I.
I have always been inspired by big ideas streaking through the sound barrier of standard operating procedure (The SOPs) in our lives. The video game industry was the most potent breakthrough catching my attention in the inventive teenage years of my emergence.
All of a sudden there were new worlds to be explored beyond my own. New ideas to live inside of. New heroes to be inspired by.
For me, that also meant new standards. If we have explorable worlds on the screen, then what is next?

1991 — THE INVENTION
|
|
Back in 1991 I thought I had the answer. It was called the ArsedoGraphx 13 (or maybe 16).
I thought I was clever taking the names Atari, Sega, and Nintendo and mashing them together into one name, because I thought I had created the console to beat them all.
The ArsedoGraphx was meant to be a new console playable with one's whole body via triangulating infrared sensors situated in the body of a cone-shaped console sitting on top of your TV Box.
Nintendo had recently launched the Power Pad — a Dance Dance Revolution-like floor pad controller where we could run and jump and control the game with full physical movements.
I thought I could take that idea further and went to work inventing the future in my sketchbook. Ultimately, I kept the idea in my head and eventually lost the sketch as my ideas were not yet meeting an enthusiastic audience. That said, I never lost the enthusiasm for the next possible breakthrough.

The idea did not disappear. It found its form.
This brings me back to The Artizen Fund.
I have always wanted to support the kind of projects that an enterprising younger me would bring into the world, and beginning this week, with the launch of the Neuroarts Fund for Innerversal Health Practitioners, that dream is a practical reality.
Many creators find themselves with significant ideas for our collective inner health, wellness, growth, and longevity, yet they are at the creative vanguard — standing ahead of the resources, carrying the vision before the infrastructure arrived to hold it.
Bioscience, Medicine, Spirituality, Physics, Psychology, Neuroscience, and Native Wisdom are all arriving at the same place — the Human Being in motion — and the fusion is beginning to recognize that the world we get to build together has a heart center we have always known.

THE SCIENCE IS BUILDING
|
|
The NeuroArts are still a fairly new industry, so artists in the category stand way ahead of the curve — recognizing the new frontier, yet carrying the vision before the infrastructure arrived to meet them.
The science behind the NeuroArts is precise and it is building.
|
|
Engaging with art, sound, and movement measurably reduces cortisol — the body's primary stress hormone — in under 45 minutes.
|
|
Creative expression builds new synaptic connections, giving the nervous system a literal alternative to the loops it has been running.
|
|
Sound and rhythm stimulate the vagus nerve, signaling the body's shift from the alarm state to deep rest.
|
|
Immersive artistic practice builds cognitive reserve — a protective buffer in the brain against chronic stress and the long slow erosion of capacity that modern life optimizes for.
|
|
Shared creative and somatic experiences synchronize collective nervous systems. Art communicates across cultural and language boundaries where words arrive too late. Shifting from clinical treatment to creative cultivation makes neural health available to everyone as a primary practice with preventative potentials.
The practitioners building at this potent edge are carrying the evidence and the methodology simultaneously. They are doing the work and proving it at the same time. The Neuroarts Fund for Innerversal Health Practitioners exists to hold them while the broader world catches up.

THE PROTOTYPE
What did happen with the ArsedoGraphx 16, you ask?
I became curious as well. Recently, I took the original concept on a quantum leap through time with one of my imaginative AI partners to explore what the idea could have become with today's technology.
If you are interested in the prototype — support the Neuroarts Fund for Innerversal Health Practitioners and one day you will get to play ahead of the curve.

FIELD NOTES · RESONANCE PROMPTS
Where does your work live at the creative vanguard of what is emerging?
What big idea have you been carrying that has found its season later?
What would you build if a fund arrived to hold your vision while it finds its form?
If any of these prompts moves something in you — share it directly. Reply here or write to

If this arrived for someone in your orbit who is building at the creative vanguard — forward it. The fund is for them.
Memes are magnetic. Meaning they are meant for the pace and place of our thoughts. The They that you want to send it to has their own.
